Google review removal

Defend your business against fake, malicious, and policy-breaking Google reviews — on a no-win, no-fee basis. If it doesn’t come down, you don’t pay for the removal.

Pay $660 only when it’s gone.

A single unfair review sits at the top of your Google Business Profile for everyone to see. We put our experience to work getting eligible, policy-breaking reviews taken down — and you only pay the $660 inc GST success fee once Google actually removes it.

Genuine, truthful reviews stay put. We help you win those back with professional responses and honest review growth — never by silencing real customers.

Why it matters

What one unfair review really costs

Australians reach for Google before they choose almost any local business, and most trust what they read there. A fake or malicious 1★ is often the first thing a prospective customer sees — and a lower rating quietly sends them to the competitor listed right below you.

The damage compounds. Fewer calls, fewer bookings, and lost trust can drag on for months or years, all from a review someone posted in under a minute. Because Google doesn’t verify who leaves a review, a competitor, a disgruntled ex-employee, or someone who was never even a customer can hit your rating at any time. Replying helps, but it doesn’t lift the star rating back up. Removing the review does.

Eligibility

Reviews Google can remove

Google only takes down reviews that breach its content policies. In our experience, the strongest, most removable cases fall into these categories:

  • Fake reviews from people who were never customers
  • Spam, bots, or duplicated review-bombing campaigns
  • Conflict of interest — competitors, former staff, or personal disputes
  • Off-topic content that isn’t about your business or service
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory language
  • Profanity, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited content
  • Impersonation, misinformation, or clearly illegal content

Not sure which bucket yours falls into? Send us the review link and we’ll tell you — for free — whether it’s worth pursuing.

Honesty

What we won’t touch

We don’t remove genuine experiences, and we’ll tell you straight if a review is unlikely to qualify. Trying to erase a real customer’s honest feedback breaches Google’s policies and Australian Consumer Law — and it destroys the trust your reputation is built on.

For those reviews, our reputation management service is the right tool: measured responses, service recovery, and a steady flow of honest new reviews that pushes your rating back where it belongs.

The process

How removal actually works

There’s no secret backdoor and no “bribing” Google — anyone who promises that is misleading you. Removal is a disciplined, evidence-led process, and Google always makes the final call:

  • Free audit. You send the review’s share link; we assess it against Google’s policies and give you a written likely / borderline / unlikely verdict.
  • Evidence pack. We document exactly which policy the review breaches, with screenshots and any supporting records you can provide.
  • Application. We report and flag the review through the correct channels, making a clear, factual case grounded in Google’s guidelines and, where relevant, Australian law.
  • Follow-up & appeal. First requests are often knocked back — that’s normal. We respond to Google’s questions and re-submit with a stronger case rather than giving up.
  • Proof on success. Once it’s gone, we send you before-and-after confirmation — and only then do we invoice.

Timeframe

How long does it take?

It depends on the review and how quickly Google responds. Clear-cut cases can disappear within a few days; most successful removals land within one to four weeks. Trickier cases that need appeals and resubmissions can run out toward the 60-day mark.

We typically hear back from Google within about a week of the first application, then keep supplying whatever’s needed to reach a decision. You’ll always know where your case stands.

Permanence & law

Is it permanent? Is it legal?

When Google removes a review because it breaches policy, it’s gone for good — it’s highly unlikely to reappear, because the same violation would apply if it were re-posted.

Everything we do is above board. We work strictly within Google’s content policies and Australian Consumer Law, using legitimate reporting and appeals. No fake reviews, no paying people to delete feedback, no incentives to change a rating — ever.

Pricing

What it costs

$660 inc GST per review, payable only on successful removal. If Google doesn’t take it down, you pay nothing for the removal.

The eligibility audit is free and there’s no obligation. It’s a far more affordable path than engaging lawyers for defamation action, which rarely comes with a no-win, no-fee arrangement.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you remove any review I don’t like?

No — and be wary of anyone who says they can. Google only removes reviews that breach its policies. We focus on those and will tell you honestly if yours doesn’t qualify.

What happens if Google says no?

You pay nothing for the removal. Our fee only applies when a review is successfully taken down.

Will Google remove fake reviews?

Yes, when it’s satisfied they breach its content policies. Obvious fakes are sometimes caught automatically, but most slip through — so we build the case that shows exactly why the review should come down.

Do I have to hand over my Google login?

No. We prefer to work through a Business Profile manager invite, so you keep full ownership and control of your account.

Do you post fake 5-star reviews to balance things out?

Never. That breaches Google’s policies and Australian Consumer Law. We grow your rating the honest way, by helping you earn real reviews from happy customers.
